Juan Héctor González Estefan

Juan Héctor González was born in the south of Mexico City. He attended the German school in Mexico and attained both the German (Abitur) and the Mexican (CCH) degrees. In 2008, Juan started to study a B. Sc in chemistry at the UNAM. After finishing it, he made an internship for six months in R&D of new polymers at a consulting firm orientated towards new sustainable technologies. 

In 2013, Juan began to study the M. Sc. in chemistry at UNAM and is currently working on his thesis project researching the capture of CO2 by PCP materials in post-combustion conditions. He likes to spend his spare time surrounded by his friends and family. He is a maker, a green thumb and a lucid dreamer. He likes to write and to meditate occasionally.
